Your new role: Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager this role will see you will be responsible for high level technical support across Ausco's APAC IT Infrastructure. Based out of our Redbank office this role will see you. · Contribute to systems, servers, storage maintenance · Provide reactive, proactive and preventive monitoring of cybersecurity incidents using security tools · Provide training and awareness support for business users · Provide Project Status Reporting and Planning · Contribute to Application improvement initiatives · Manage Standard Operating Environment(s) What you will bring to the role: Drawing upon your demonstrated experience working within a similar role this will be completed by your knowledge of Microsoft Azure, and general networking expertise as well as experience with, JIRA/Confluence, and Microsoft Intune. Preferred competencies for the role include knowledge of Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365/Azure, Mimecast, Ubiquiti/Unifi, Cisco Meraki, and Palo Alto, as well as PowerShell, vSphere, VMWare and/or Horizon. You will come equipped with exceptional customer service skills and demonstrated problem-solving skills and be able to think creatively and on your feet. Your proactive and outcomes focused approach will see you succeed in this role, as well as the ability to prioritize work and maintain positive relationships with all Stakeholders.
