Location: Maddington, WA Job Type: Permanent full-time About the Role As a key part of our operations team, you’ll be responsible for managing and supporting contract activities across a variety of projects and services. This is a dynamic role that will see you collaborating with stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery and contract compliance. Key responsibilities of this position include: Manage and maintain all contract documentation, including variations, extensions, and scope changes, to ensure compliance with construction project requirements. Coordinate procurement activities and oversee the setup of site facilities to align with project schedules and site logistics. Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to support construction progress and ensure contract terms are followed. Monitor contractor performance, handle contract-related issues, and prepare reports on progress, variations, and claims. Advise project leadership on contractual risks and ensure all communication, documentation, and compliance requirements are met.
