With a strong pipeline of health and education builds across WA, they’re now looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to take the lead on cost management, compliance, and procurement for projects valued $20M. Your Role: Administer head and subcontractor contracts from award to close-out Manage budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting Handle variations, claims, and subcontractor performance Ensure contract compliance with timeframes, cost targets, and legislative requirements Collaborate with PMs, site managers, consultants, and clients Assist in tender reviews, risk analysis, and procurement strategy What You’ll Bring: Experience as a CA on commercial builds of $20M Exposure to health or education sector projects highly regarded Strong contract knowledge and understanding of construction processes Proficiency with construction systems – CHEOPS and Procore preferred Excellent communication and commercial insight Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights are essential What’s On Offer: $120K – $150K Super (dependent on experience) Perth-based role with national company support Balanced site and office exposure across diverse projects Long-term development in a supportive and professional environment How to Apply: Send your CV to [email protected] or contact Lee Plant on 0401 866 194 or (08) 6118 2278 for a confidential discussion.
