Purpose of the Role As our new Sales Team leader, you will be leading a team of dedicated Sales consultant by, developing talent, driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences are provided. You will: Lead & motivate Sales consultants to achieve sales, compliance and customer satisfaction goals Monitor team & individual performance across key metrics and provide real-time, coaching development and support Ensure escalated complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner Onboard and overseeing training of new sales consultants Ensuring policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are adhered to Using performance data to identify and optimise team effectiveness Knowledge and Experience: Proven experience in leading high-performing teams, preferably within a sales environment A solid understanding of the insurance industry, including sales processes, products, and customer service standards Experience in managing performance and resolving issues effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and support team development Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services industry, beneficial Our Perks Location – Kawana - This role is based at our Kawana office.
