The role also involves general clerical tasks, data entry, and ensuring payments are matched with processed claims, all while maintaining clear communication and working effectively within a team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Process medical refunds and claims. Complete claim forms and follow up with healthcare providers for invoices and receipts. Coordinate with Medicare and private health insurers to ensure accurate processing of claims and documentation. Perform general clerical and administrative tasks. Match incoming payments with processed claims multiple tasks. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Prior experience working in admin and customer support duties. Excellent communication skills.
