The Role: We are seeking a Systems Administrator with strong expertise in WHM, cPanel, LAMP stack, and .NET hosting management to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and scalability of our hosting environments, enabling our development and support teams to deliver outstanding solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain WHM/cPanel hosting environments, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Oversee LAMP stack configurations (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) for hosting websites and applications. Administer .NET hosting environments, including deployment, security, and troubleshooting. Implement server monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and continuity. Perform regular updates, patching, and vulnerability assessments to maintain server security. Troubleshoot hosting and application issues, collaborating with developers to resolve technical problems. Optimise server performance, handling load balancing, and resource allocation. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for internal reference and auditing. Support deployment processes for new applications and system updates. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, focusing on WHM, cPanel, LAMP, and .NET environments. Strong understanding of Linux-based servers and Windows Server environments . Expertise in server performance tuning, security hardening, and monitoring tools . Familiarity with DNS management, SSL certificate deployment, and email server configurations . Proficiency with backup and recovery solutions . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of cloud hosting environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
