We’re seeking an Assistant Asset Manager to join a high-performing team and support the management of a national retail property portfolio . About the Role: You’ll work closely with senior asset managers to assist in executing asset strategies, analysing performance, and supporting leasing and capex initiatives across neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres. Key Requirement: To be considered, you must have hands-on, operational experience within the retail property and shopping centre sectors, such as in centre management, leasing, or property operations. Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day asset and portfolio management of retail centres Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Contribute to leasing analysis and support tenancy strategies Aid in capex planning, project delivery, and stakeholder reporting Liaise with on-site management and external property teams About You: 2–4 years’ experience in shopping centre or retail property operations Strong analytical and financial skills Effective communicator and relationship builder Keen to grow within asset management Tertiary qualification in property, finance, or related field preferred Why Apply?
