The Opportunity Be the first point of contact for customers and healthcare professionals, providing expert product advice, processing orders, and supporting sales growth. Responsibilities : Proactively generate leads by cold calling clinics, healthcare professionals, and allied health providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide detailed product information and recommendations tailored to client needs. Conduct measurements and fittings to ensure optimal product performance and comfort. Handle incoming enquiries, returns, and general customer support requests with professionalism and efficiency Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system. Support the wider sales and customer service team with adhoc administrative and operational tasks as required. Experience and Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in a Sports/Health Science related field preferred, AND/OR appropriate experience. 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Retail Sales position (highly desirable).
