We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Dealership Sales Support / Showroom Concierge to support our high-performing New Vehicle Sales team. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and thrives in a team-focused environment. Your day-to-day will include : Welcoming customers into the showroom and acting as a concierge Handling phone, walk-in, and online enquiries with professionalism Preparing documentation and assisting with new vehicle deliveries Supporting sales consultants and management with admin tasks Coordinating with Finance, Service, and Aftermarket teams Assisting with showroom presentation and vehicle merchandising Managing stock reporting and internal tracking We are looking for someone who can demonstrate : A warm and approachable customer service style Strong organisation and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and attention to detail Confidence in a fast-paced team environment A willingness to learn and contribute Previous dealership experience is a bonus - but not essential Sound like the opportunity for you?
