The position is a 6-month temporary position with the potential to extend. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on administrative role supporting a busy service-based office, with a strong focus on documentation, systems, and internal coordination. You will play a key part in managing documentation, carrying out high-volume data entry, and uploading job records into multiple customer portals. DUTIES Upload records to various customer-specific portals Raise purchase orders Manage the general office inbox Carry out high-volume data entry into internal systems and service databases Organise and upload documentation to internal systems Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties Provide reception cover when required Liaise with technicians and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration, office support or reception Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams Experience with SAP Confident communicator, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team HOW TO APPLY This role is available for an immediate start.
