About the Role : As the first point of contact with both prospects and customers, you’ll play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential customers for a globally leading cloud-based email marketing solution. This phone-based position involves proactive outreach and reactive lead qualification, helping businesses understand how MarTech technology can enhance their operations. You’ll qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into valuable sales opportunities for the Account Executives. Key Responsibilities : Engage with businesses to qualify their interest in a cloud-based email marketing solution Identify opportunities for Account Executives through detailed questioning via cold calls and emails Assess customer needs to determine if they require sales support or customer care Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and pricing plans Actively use Salesforce to manage data and research new business opportunities Ideal Candidate Profile : Previous experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development, with confidence in phone-based outreach A proven track record of achieving sales targets A collaborative mindset, with the ability to create positive and lasting experiences for customers The ability to understand complex products and identify partnership opportunities Graduates are welcome to apply!
