Our Client Join a prominent NSW State Government department in the education sector as a Contract Administrator on a 12-month temporary contract, with potential to transition into a fixed-term role. Work on one of the state’s largest deferred maintenance programs - an excellent opportunity for a dynamic CA to gain broad project experience and grow within the public sector. The Role As a successful Contract Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited: Support project operations by tracking progress and updating documentation. Assisting in the management of project resources and reporting. Manage and maintain accurate project records within the designated records management system, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy. Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline admin workflows and flagging any project-related concerns to leadership. Build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders involved in project delivery. Prepare standard financial reports, monitor expenditure, and help coordinate funding submissions. Perform ad-hoc duties as appropriate.
