Due to the approval of several new projects, our client is now seeking an experienced Project Administrator to work in Engineering and be responsible for project administration within the capital engineering group. About the Role Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, key duties include: Prepare weekly & monthly reports using SAP & Excel. Assist with project scheduling and cost control. Work directly with Project Engineers & Project Managers. Manage project finances against project budgets ensuring costs are allocated. Prepare and review Purchase Orders in SAP. Perform various administrative duties include presentations in MS Powerpoint, planning meetings and scheduling tasks. Effectively liaise with all internal and external key stakeholders. About You The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience: Self motivated proactive candidate with a "can do" attitude. Sound project administration in an engineering environment. Sound MS Office Skills such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint. Sound knowledge of MS Project & SAP (or other CRM systems). Strong administrative and organisational skills. Well developed interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to liaise at all levels & work autonomously.
