A Federal Government department is seeking experienced Salesforce Administrators to join a dynamic, fast-paced technology services division supporting national digital transformation initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to support critical Salesforce platform management, environment operations, and service improvements. The successful Salesforce Administrators will receive a rewarding 12 month contract with the view to extend. The successful Salesforce Administrators will be responsible for, but not limited to: Execute critical and complex Salesforce administration tasks, supporting releases, CI/CD, and environment changes. Develop and maintain Salesforce environment and code management plans, including troubleshooting and vendor engagement. Lead automation opportunities to improve the management of the Salesforce landscape and manage platform security. Provide mentoring and support to the environment team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Developers, Testers, and Architects. The successful Salesforce Administrators will have experience in the following: Certified Salesforce Administrator with minimum 2 years’ experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Data Loader and Service Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing, security, and platform tools with experience working in cross-functional environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to quality and detail. Desirable experience in ITIL, Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies will be highly regarded.
