To find out more, visit https://mable.com.au/ About the role A Salesforce Administrator is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role ensures that all configurations are version-controlled and thoroughly tested prior to deployment to the production environment, maintaining system integrity and reliability. The Salesforce Administrator collaborates closely within a cross-functional team, working under the direction of the Engineering Team Lead (ETL) and Product Manager to deliver solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities Delivering well tested configuration into Salesforce Ensure data integrity by managing data import, export, and update and configure and manage data security settings Regularly perform data cleaning and de-duplication to maintain high data quality standards. Participating in discussions with business stakeholders and end-users, to gather requirements and understand their needs. Contribute to the design of solutions that align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Breaking work down into tasks and maintain accurate work progress in Jira Participate in breaking down work and designing solutions Writing, executing and maintaining unit and integration tests Write and maintain documentation around solutions and Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users to ensure configurations meet business needs and function as expected. Develop and update user guides and training materials to help end-users effectively utilise Salesforce functionalities. Skills and Experience Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment Experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support We’re powered by purpose We’re Switched On We know our customers because we listen and want to learn.
