This opportunity gives an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator the opportunity to work over a large variety of project types ranging from Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Apartments. Our client is a very well resourced and experienced team that is known to have some of the best team culture in Brisbane. The Role A Contracts administrator role where you will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and oversee all CA responsibilities for a diverse range of fit out projects Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint Monthly budget management and reporting Working collaboratively with your project team to achieve successful delivery of projects within programme and on budget.
