You will be expected to provide IT Support and technical assistance to Head Office users Configure devices such as phones, tablets, laptops etc Educate users on M365 Office and licensed software Configure and manage M365 services (Admin Centre, Entra, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD) Oversee corporate networking and Multi-Function Printers Design and manage software-based systems Create and update user and procedural documentation for ICT platforms ABOUT YOU Every day our team is dedicated to ensuring exceptional experiences for every guest across all of our venues. Microsoft 365 Training or Accreditation is highly valued as is Extensive experience in managing a M365 environment. Strong knowledge of M365 Apps and their uses. 1-3 years in a helpdesk or IT support role. Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
