TSPV - Application Support - Frontier Administrator — City, North Canberra

We are seeking a skilled Frontier Administrator to support and optimise the implementation of our Frontier HR & Payroll solution. This role is essential for ensuring compliance, enhancing efficiency, and delivering effective people management processes. If you have proven experience with Frontier and a strong understanding of HR and payroll systems, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Configure, enhance, and maintain the Frontier HR & Payroll solution to meet organisational needs. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to deliver system-based solutions. Provide training, support, and guidance to users, ensuring system adoption and compliance. Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain data integrity, and manage system updates. Key Criteria: Proven experience with Frontier HR & Payroll solutions, including configuration and support. Strong understanding of HR and payroll legislation and compliance obligations. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work autonomously while supporting a collaborative team environment. Location: Canberra. Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options. Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role. This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.
