A reputable and established retail business is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Stock Office Assistant to join its logistics team. This role is key in supporting the smooth movement of inventory across the business, ensuring products are accurately processed, dispatched, and organised for retail store replenishment. The Role As a Senior Stock Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of stock handling and administrative support duties. You'll work closely with logistics, retail, and workshop teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory flow. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail, organisational efficiency, and a strong team ethic. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day stock operations including picking, ticketing, and transferring Assist with incoming stock processing and releasing, stock reshuffles, and store enquiries Maintain vault room organisation and ensure workspaces are clean and orderly Create workshop jobs and assist with jewellery repair logistics Collaborate with store and office teams to support new store setups and refits Monitor stock movement in line with security guidelines and safety protocols Assist in placing orders (as needed) with appropriate internal approvals Complete all assigned online learning modules and contribute to team training efforts Actively participate in maintaining compliance with WHS, EEO, and OH&S standards. About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team Ability to stay focused under pressure and meet deadlines Previous retail or stockroom experience, especially in jewellery or fashion, is advantageous but not essential.
