What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Pre- and post-contract cost management for large retail and commercial projects . ✅ Develop and maintain client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor. ✅ Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed cost plans that are rock solid . ✅ Lead procurement and tendering , including pre-qualification , tender analysis , and contract administration . ✅ Produce monthly cost reports and present them directly to clients and senior stakeholders . ✅ Interface with project teams, contractors, and consultants at all stages of the project. What You’ll Need Degree-qualified as a minimum. QS consultancy background with experience working on retail, commercial, or large-scale real estate portfolios . Strong commercial acumen – You know how to manage risk and drive value for clients. Proficiency in CostX or similar cost management software . AIQS or MRICS accreditation (highly regarded, but not essential). What Makes You a Great Fit Confidence and presence to work with high-level clients and senior stakeholders.
