$86,887 - $93,066 up to 15.4% Superannuation Harman - ACT The Role The Defence School of Space & Cyber (DSSpC) are seeking a highly motivated APS 5 Course Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. You will be accountable, under broad direction, to manage training course administrative requirements in support of cyber learning delivery. You will be working within the School operations team. The role is dynamic and requires strong organisational skills and a responsive approach to dealing with enquiries. The Operations team is an integrated team of ADF, APS and Industry support. The APS 5 Course Administration Officer duties may include: Support the Course Management Lead & Operations Officer; Coordinate resource requirements in support of course delivery; Develop, review and maintain applicable course management documentation, registers and schedules; Coordinate and respond to course and operational enquiries; Act as a key point of contact for student enquiries; Stakeholder relationship management; Provide support to the wider DSSpC team as required.
