Job Title: Administration Officer, Research Support (2 Positions Available) Location: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office per week) Salary: $45p/h super Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Length: ASAP Start – 4 Weeks About the Opportunity We are seeking two enthusiastic and detail-oriented Research Support Officers to join the Research & Innovation Portfolio team on a short-term basis. If you have strong administration skills, a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Assist with administrative and advisory tasks within the Research Contracts Team. Conduct high-quality, accurate data entry into systems. Support document management and workflow processes. Collaborate closely with team members to meet project deadlines. Key Selection Criteria: Experience in administrative and/or advisory roles, preferably in the higher education sector or similar environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent administration and organisational skills. High level of computer literacy, including MS Office Suite, email, databases, and the ability to adapt quickly to new IT systems. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Additional Information: Hybrid working arrangements (3 days in office, Melbourne CBD) Must have a valid employees Victorian WWCC Police check or willingness to obtain. Immediate start.
