The role: The Property Data Administrator provides crucial analytical and sales support to the Office Leasing team. This role focuses on the day-to-day operational aspects, directly contributing to the team's ability to achieve leasing targets whilst providing a platform that gives you a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of commercial real estate leasing. Responsibilities include managing transaction databases, collating research data, and assisting with marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and communication skills to support the team effectively. Key responsibilities: Assist in coordinating leasing campaigns and gather promotional material for the Office Leasing team. Maintain and update the CRM and standard documents with relevant transaction and market information across Sydney Provide support with basic data analysis and research on target properties, tenants, and clients. Coordinate the preparation of flyers, advertising materials, and brochures Ensure the completion of detailed reporting and documentation to agreed standards and timeframes. Coordinate communications between various internal departments such as Commercial, Research, Valuations, and Marketing. Maintain positive working relations with both internal stakeholders like the Sales & AMS Department and external stakeholders such as clients and other Real Estate Agents. Who are we looking for? Someone proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher). An individual with experience in data collection and spreadsheet management using Excel. A person with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities and strong written communication skills. A self-motivated and driven individual who is focused on deliverables and client satisfaction. Someone capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and able to meet deadlines.
