THE ROLE: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional and people manager to join the high performing Melbourne Agency Sales team as one of our Group Sales Managers. Broadly, this opportunity will have you overseeing an established portfolio of media agencies and large national advertisers who seek out strategic & innovative multi-stream audio solutions that deliver exceptional results for clients. You will also be a proven people-leader who can drive a high-performance culture with your direct reports. Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract. What you will be doing and what skills you may have: Leading and driving a high-performance culture that enables your team to meet and exceed revenue targets and performance measures. Ensuring business outcomes for stakeholders are executed and delivered in an efficient and effective manner Effectively manage the balance in investing your skills and experience between your people and the broader business needs Leading the creation of strategic and innovative audio solutions for an established agency portfolio Ability to develop and sell creative and innovative cross-platform, All of Audio integrated solutions. This will include the ability to identify and create new business opportunities that drive growth across both live and on-demand audio Strong client service orientation and networking capabilities Resilient, dynamic, adaptable to change and highly driven with a strong desire to succeed and thrive in a results-orientated environment.
