About the Role Support the Safety, Fleet and Facilities team by providing high level administrative support. Key Responsibilities Assist with Fleet and Facilities Management, including travel arrangements. Schedule compliance tasks for remote properties. Collaborate with Divisional representatives and Finance team for cost allocation. Ensure all ALPA sites comply with relevant legislation. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain relationships with site/store Managers. Handle expense reconciliations, purchase orders, and invoices. Keep employee records and permit applications. About You Experience in schedule coordination. Ability to coordinate remote contractors. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. High accuracy in completing compliance tasks. Knowledge of procurement processes Exceptional organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
