SeaLink Marine & Tourism - Red Cat Adventures - Hayman Island Be part of what makes the experience exceptional Work and Live in Paradise National Tourism Award Winning Company About the Role Located on luxurious Hayman Island in the heart of the Whitsundays, our Hayman Sales Consultants form part of the SeaLink Whitsundays division of Sealink Marine and Tourism - Australia's largest Marine and Tourism company, incorporating Red Cat Adventures and Whitsunday Jet skis. This is a fast paced, dynamic and innovative division operating tours 364 days of the year. Our Hayman Sales Consultants are pivotal to ensuring an exceptional guest experience each and every time on the diverse range of eco tours, adventures and activities available as part of our experience offerings to Hayman Island. Working as part of a small team this role will to promote exceptional experiences, showcase the range of product offerings available and maximize sales opportunities for the division. Ensuring the sales, reservations and check-in process is seamless to effectively and efficiently provide the ultimate guest interaction and achieve results. Building effective relationships with both Hayman and internal stakeholders, this role works collaboratively with all departments to ensure the ultimate guest experience and the achievement of operational objectives. The agility of this role is essential to its success. About You A passionate "people person" (preferably with local knowledge) enthusiastic about the quality of our products and creating exceptional guest experiences in Adventure Tourism. If this sounds like you: Required skills: Customer Service : A focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience each and every time. Organizational: The ability to manage multiple responsibilities to meet required deadlines efficiently and effectively Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with managers, customers, and stakeholders. Problem-solving skills : Proven capability to anticipate issues, identify solutions, and resolve problems. Agility - To adapt to operational changes with innovative solutions to achieve the optimum outcome for both guests and the division Technology Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Reservation booking systems and CRM software and familiar with online communication tools Essential: Min 1 years' experience in travel and tourism sales Experience in booking systems and CRM software (Fare Harbor desirable) Current driver's license Willingness to work a rotational roster The ability to live on Island How to Apply Click APPLY and fill in as much information as you can in the track record section of the application, paying close attention to each question.
