About the role Reporting to the Assistant Shift Manager within the Retail Ready Operations Australia function, you’ll have an incredible opportunity to oversee all aspects of the production, operations, and daily activities; whilst improving efficiencies and keeping everyone safe. You’ll get to introduce positive changes, streamline processes, and elevate performance for the entire team. You’ll join a diverse and amazing team that recognises everyone’s abilities and a culture that inspires growth and development. Monday to Thursday 4AM - 3PM roster. About you and your skills To be proactive in driving continuous improvement of process and procedures Solid understanding of technical aspects and/or processes Able to set ambitious team goal with measurable targets Great communication skills that foster positive collaboration and inclusiveness Cert III or IV in food processing and/or previous experience in an FMCG/Short Shelf-life production environment Knowledge and implementation of Lean Manufacturing/CI principles What’s in it for you?
