Got a knack for organisation and strong communication skills? We’re looking for an admin superstar to join our People Department and support the Injury Management team! This role is to support the Injury Management Specialists and advisors with internal functions. No prior experience in injury management required - we are seeking for someone who can effectively handle admin tasks and provide crucial support for the team. This role is open to candidates based in both Melbourne and Sydney. You will be primarily based at either our Melbourne terminal or Sydney terminal, with flexibility to work from our Sydney CBD office as needed. A valid driver’s license is essential, as travel to the terminal will be required. Key Accountabilities Support the Injury Management team members to drive results by providing administrative support by collating documentation to meet our obligations for reporting new injuries and responding requests for employment records for legal matters and investigations. Manage compensation payments including liaise with pay office to ensure payment made in timely manner, calculate compensation adjustments, claims with insurers, reconcile insurer payments, and provide monthly reporting to Finance Managers. Organise and maintain files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date. Must be comfortable and adaptable when learning new systems. Experience with the Solv Injury Management system is a plus, but not essential. Assist with governance of the team by tracking workflow, compliance management to assist the team to delivery a quality program.
