This part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed-term position is available for 24 months and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operational effectiveness of the WA GreenTech Hub’s administrative functions. The project is funded by the WA State Government to accelerate new technologies aimed at decarbonising Western Australia. As the main point of contact, you will coordinate and undertake various administrative activities that support our day-to-day operations. In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive personal assistance to senior staff, as well as managing general support and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Who we are looking for: You have a diploma/degree in business administration an associated subject, and a wealth of relevant work experience, or a strong mix of experience and training that sets you apart.
