As a Food and Beverage Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth daily operations of both the Food & Beverage and Kitchen departments. Responsibilities: Management of high volume incoming calls and emails Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks for the F&B and kitchen departments. Ordering stock across both departments Prepare rosters Support audits or inspections by preparing necessary documentation and reports. About You: Relevant experience in a similar role is advantageous Working rights in Australia Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment A can-do attitude Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
