In this role, you'll play a key part in managing and processing global sales commission payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with our compensation plans. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who’s eager to grow in a fast-paced, global environment. What You’ll Do Track and process global sales commission payments, ensuring data accuracy and timely payroll distribution. Collaborate with senior Revenue Operations team members to maintain sales systems and data integrity. Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including preparation of financial journals and performance reporting. Generate and manage regular and ad hoc reports on compensation, quota attainment, and payment metrics. Maintain and update key dashboards to support business insights and leadership decision-making. Assist with ongoing system improvements and implementation projects. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in sales operations, finance, business analytics, or a related field. A strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Familiarity with CRM and sales compensation systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus. Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to lead by example. Excellent communication and time management skills.
