We are now seeking a Specialised Sales & Commercial Manager to lead the CX Professional Skincare Division, drive the implementation of Toskani, and lead our mesotherapy expansion across the ANZ region. This is a rare leadership opportunity for a high-performing professional with deep technical and commercial knowledge of the Toskani brand, as well as mesotherapy and injectable/needle-based aesthetic treatments. The Role This full time position is a high-impact, leadership role responsible for delivering commercial success across CX’s skincare division, with a specific focus on: Overseeing all sales operations, sales team leadership, and KPI delivery across ANZ Leading the day-to-day management and brand implementation of Toskani, as well as Bioline Jato Driving mesotherapy training, commercial strategy, and market education Managing the CX professional sales team, including recruitment, development, and performance Driving brand expansion, category growth, and new client acquisition Attracting key European and international brands to join CX brand portfolio Collaborating with marketing and education to align brand strategy with sales objectives What You’ll Bring To be successful in this role, you must have: 5 years working directly with the Toskani brand Proven experience with mesotherapy and medical aesthetics protocols Prior leadership within a professional skincare distribution business An existing network of European and global brand contacts Degree qualified in Business, Science, or a related field Demonstrated experience managing sales teams, KPIs, and commercial operations Strong understanding of distributor channel dynamics, clinic networks, and market segmentation Additional Requirements Advanced written and verbal communication skills Excellent commercial and analytical thinking Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) High level of IT literacy (Microsoft Office, data management tools) Professional presentation and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders Willingness to travel interstate and internationally as required What We Offer Competitive salary with performance bonuses and car allowance Annual incentives tied to commercial performance Flexible hybrid work structure (office field) Access to leading aesthetic brands and advanced training Collaborative, high-performance culture Opportunities for international travel and global brand expansion If you're ready to lead one of the most advanced and fast-growing skincare portfolios in Australia and New Zealand, and you have the proven experience with Toskani and mesotherapy to match, we want to hear from you.
