We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Document Controller/Site Administrator to join our site-based project team. This unique role combines the responsibilities of a Document Controller and a Site Administrator ensuring the efficient management of project design documentation and providing administrative support to the project team. An average day in this role involves utilizing Aconex to manage the flow of documentation (design consultants' drawings, specifications, schedules, reports and shop drawings) between the project team, design consultants, client, and subcontractors as well as welcoming visitors to the office and various administrative duties including but not limited to raising purchase orders, processing invoices, placing orders, coordinating social events and overall ensuring the smooth running of the project office. With excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and 'think on your feet', the successful candidate will have: Previous experience in document control and administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software (Aconex or similar). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
