About the role Join the dedicated team at BreastScreen SA , part of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network, and play a vital role in supporting the early detection of breast cancer. As the Administration Officer, Contact Centre , you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service with empathy, professionalism and confidentiality. You’ll manage incoming and outgoing calls, assist clients with appointment bookings, and ensure accurate data entry using specialised IT systems — all while maintaining a client-focused and respectful approach. Working under general direction from the Team Leader, you’ll operate with autonomy to resolve routine issues using established procedures. You’ll also assist in quality assurance activities, contribute to ongoing improvements, and liaise with internal stakeholders to support timely and informed communication with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams, clients, and external organisations. Sound understanding of customer service principles, information security, and confidentiality protocols in line with organisational procedures.
