ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Seeking an experienced Retirement Living Administrative Assistant to support a highly engaged and vibrant community at our 168 unit Kingsway Court Retirement Village located in Madeley . This is a permanent part-time position working Monday-Thursday 9am- 3pm. You’ll be the first point of contact for our village residents, families, visitors and contractors, providing excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. You will provide administrative support to the Village Manager and have a customer-centred approach to your work. ROLE OBJECTIVES This position provides efficient and effective administration support to the daily operations of Kingsway Court Retirement Village with a focus on administration systems, data entry, and administrative process and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Previous experience in retirement living is essential Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Problem-solving skills – high degree of initiative and proven use of analytical thinking skills to identify and solve problems Self-motivated and proactive - able to take ownership of an issue and follow through until resolved, including the ability to direct queries into channels appropriate to handle them Excellent time management & ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks, maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Experience in minute taking and report writing IT literate with good working knowledge of all relevant Microsoft Office applications Current WA driver’s License With a track record that dates back to 1901, care is at our core.
