Admin Team Leader/ Bookkeeper — Mile End, West Torrens Area

About the Role This full-time, Monday-to-Friday role will see you take charge of all things admin and bookkeeping. You'll lead a small team of three, and be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of everything from timesheets and payroll coordination to logistics, supplier management, and financial oversight. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role where you'll be involved across the entire business. What you will do Lead and support an admin team of 3 direct reports Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and follow-through Manage end-of-month processes, including P&L reviews and reconciliations Coordinate timesheet collation and liaise with outsourced payroll provider Handle supplier relationships, freight bookings, and customs processes Take charge of logistics and stock movements from containers Support HR, invoicing, and business operations using MYOB What you will bring Solid background in bookkeeping and administration leadership Confidence with MYOB and financial reporting High attention to detail, particularly with financials and compliance Strong organisational and communication skills A proactive and solutions-focused approach A personality that fits in with a fun and lively team who love a good laugh What's in it for you! $70K - $85K Super (flexible based on experience) Monday to Friday schedule - your weekends are yours Annual pay reviews and long-term career opportunity Be part of a growing SA business with a vibrant team culture A chance to take ownership and make a real impact A position not to be missed, our client is seeking an immediate start so be quick to apply!
