One role is based remotely in Queensland, and the other is site-based with a balanced roster. About the Role As a Contract Administrator (Post-Award), you will take the reins after contract award—ensuring obligations are met, compliance is maintained, and relationships with stakeholders remain strong throughout the lifecycle of each agreement. Your expertise will help mitigate risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track. Key Responsibilities Administer and oversee the execution of awarded contracts. Monitor performance and ensure full compliance with all terms. Proactively manage issues and resolve disputes in collaboration with legal and project teams. Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, amendments, and communications. Prepare and deliver regular reports on status, compliance, and performance. Act as the go-to point for internal and external stakeholders on contract matters. Identify risks and implement practical mitigation strategies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in contract administration processes.
