Join a boutique Project and Development Management Consultancy delivering luxury homes and mixed-use developments across Sydney’s most prestigious suburbs. About the Company: Operating for nearly 10 years, this consultancy specialises in high-quality, design-driven residential projects—including standalone luxury homes, boutique apartment developments (Class 2), and select commercial and industrial builds. With a pipeline of projects typically ranging between $15–$40 million, current works include multiple $7–$8 million apartment and luxury home builds in the Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, and North Shore. Known for long-term relationships with high net worth clients and a commitment to detail, this company offers the opportunity to work directly with the founder and play a key part in the next phase of growth. The Role: You’ll work closely with the owner as a trusted Contract Administrator, overseeing documentation, contract administration, and regular client interactions across multiple projects. You’ll attend site visits twice per month and play a vital part in project performance, quality, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage contract administration across residential and mixed-use projects Prepare and administer subcontracts, variations, RFIs, and progress claims Build strong relationships with clients (including high net worth individuals), consultants, and subcontractors Conduct regular site visits and liaise with site managers to ensure alignment between site activity and contract terms Assist with procurement and tendering processes Work closely with the Director, offering day-to-day support and contributing to key decisions across the business What We’re Looking For: Ideally from a head contractor background , with strong commercial and contractual acumen Experience in residential construction is highly regarded but not necessary—luxury homes, boutique apartments, or townhouses Excellent communication and organisational skills, with confidence in client-facing situations Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a similar Contract Administrator or Contract Manager role Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders A team-focused mindset with attention to detail and a high level of accountability Current driver’s license (vehicle provided or transport expensed) The role: Salary in the range of $120K–$160K (based on experience) Flexible working conditions – partial WFH, supportive of school drop-offs and family commitments Work with a highly regarded industry individual and become the right-hand to the Director Career stability with a strong pipeline of high-quality work Collaborative, down-to-earth culture focused on integrity and craftsmanship If you are interested in a conversation, please reach out or apply below.
