Bus Driver – North Adelaide - RetireAustralia Retirement Villages Casual position working across Monday to Friday This is an exciting casual opportunity for a Bus Driver to join our friendly team and work between multiple Retirement Villages across North Adelaide The position This role will support our Retirement Villages from Bartonvale Village, Bartonvale Lodge, Magill, Torrens Grove to Wisteria Grove, each situated within 15 minutes of each other across Adelaide. You will have a genuine interest in the retirement industry and find working with seniors a rewarding experience. You are passionate about customer service and enjoy supporting others in reaching their goals and to continue to live independently. This role is an integral part of developing RetireAustralia to become one of the leaders in the industry, placing our residents at the centre of everything we do. Reporting to the Village Managers, you will be responsible for: Ensuring the safe and enjoyable transport of our residents locally Providing a professional, friendly and courteous experience ensuring the satisfaction of our residents and visitors Assisting passengers with embarking and disembarking the bus Maintaining the vehicle and trailer Following our Company Policies and Procedures to maintain the safety and high standards expected We’re on the lookout for someone with: Demonstrated success in a similar role Experience in the retirement industry is an advantage A clean HR Drivers Licence National Police Check (or ability to obtain) First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain) Clean, neat, and tidy presentation Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test Our benefits The wellbeing of all RetireAustralia team members is our priority and we regularly run initiatives such as safety training, wellness challenges, mental health awareness programs and a free annual flu vaccination program.
