Administration - Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator Annandale, NSW Belle Property Annandale is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and highly organised individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our agency, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting both our sales and property management teams with administrative and marketing tasks. Responsibilities include: · Greet and assist visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment · Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately · Maintain an organised reception area, meeting room and office · Monitor and order office supplies as needed · Manage key tagging and tracking for office security · Assist in booking and preparing marketing materials for sales and property management · Support marketing tasks, including email campaigns and social media updates · Provide administrative support to agents and internal teams · Liaise with clients, agents, and admin staff to ensure seamless operations The successful candidate will have: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong organisational and time management skills · A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving · Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team · Professional presentation and a friendly, customer-focused attitude · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite · Prior experience in administration, customer service, or real estate (preferred but not essential) · High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality · Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
