ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY With the pre contract team busy bringing in new work this builder would like to grow there team with an opportunity for a Junior CA. Working with experienced PM's and SM's you will get to work on both new build and fitout/refurb projects, do a mix of office and site based work, manage procurement, contracts (head and sub) and financial reporting and also help the PM with design management, the SM with program and QA. In other words you will get to learn all aspects of project management as you build the necessary skills to progress to more senior roles. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL They are looking for a CA who already has a couple years of experience, or there abouts, working for another builder and a degree majoring in Construction Management or similar.
