About Us : BOSS Engineering Pty Ltd was formed in 2007, in Inverell, Northern NSW. Early intentions were to produce truck bodies; however the market pushed BOSS in other directions. BOSS found itself servicing the expanding Agriculture & Transport sectors. Over the years BOSS Engineering has adopted the latest engineering and manufacturing techniques. Our modern workshop is now 30,000 square metres, employing more than 220 people. About You : Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, commerce or related preferred Position Summary : This position is responsible for developing long-term relationships with assigned customers. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our customer needs. Key Requirements : Knowledge and adequate experience working in a sales role Has experience in building relationships with potential clients via cold calls, networking and other avenues Proven track record of sales success Has ability to up and cross sell to new and existing clients Has developed sales channels within desired client segments Experience in developing new sales strategies and plans A sound understanding of current trends and consumer requirements Capable of preparing client proposals to a professional standard Proven ability to analyse processes and ensure continuous improvement Systematic approach to sales processes and business development Excellent interpersonal/telephone skills and intuition Ability to generate ideas for business improvement Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Persistent approach to time management High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and resourcefulness Excellent planning, organisation and computer skills High degree of accountability and attention to detail Flexible and open to change Job Responsibility : Working within the BOSS Built department as an effective Team member; Learn our procedures from the ground up and utilising the knowledge of other experienced staff; Meeting monthly sales targets; Handling customer enquiries and assist them with any tray and trailer needs; Identifying marketing opportunities; Sustaining rapport with key clients, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities; See that customers are being served in a professional and timely fashion: Gaining a sound knowledge of the business products, operations and desired outcomes; Expected to attend field days, visits to dealerships with overnight stays Continual use of time management and prioritising skills; Having a professional, courteous phone and personal manner; Other duties as required Job Functions : Sales representatives Job Benefits : Attractive incentive program!
