Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct sales calls and meetings with new and existing clients, including key account planning. Prepare accurate and timely quotations aligned with workshop capabilities. Analyse customer specifications to develop tailored technical and commercial proposals. Utilize Salesforce to manage sales opportunities and track related activities. Provide monthly sales forecasts and performance insights on products and services. Generate periodic sales reports and contribute to performance analysis. Ensure smooth handovers to operations by clearly communicating customer requirements. Deliver onsite technical support, resolve issues, and conduct service evaluations. Contribute to the innovation and development of new products and service offerings. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ technical sales experience in mining, minerals, or related industries Trade or engineering qualification is desirable(e.g., fitting/machining or similar mechanical trade). Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and deliver results—ideally with pumps and associated equipment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and present to diverse audiences. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce. Willingness to travel frequently, including to remote and industrial sites; capable of extended driving and working in varied environments with appropriate PPE. Demonstrated strengths in customer service, problem solving, business acumen, ethics, motivation, adaptability, and initiative.
