Coordinate and manage property listings to ensure accuracy across multiple platforms and marketing channels. Process contracts and legal documents , ensuring compliance with company and legal standards. Diary & Calendar Management: Take full ownership of the agent’s calendar , ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, inspections, and viewings. Prioritise appointments and meetings , ensuring maximum efficiency in a busy environment. Campaign Coordination & Client Liaison: Assist with high-end marketing campaigns , ensuring luxury properties receive the attention they deserve. Liaise directly with clients , providing exceptional customer service and facilitating seamless communication throughout the sales process. Manage social media and property portals , ensuring listings are updated and compelling. Database Management & Agent Support: Maintain up-to-date client databases , ensuring quick access to key information and a streamlined sales process.
