Accurate cash handling ability for balancing and banking. Liaising with suppliers and Finance to coordinate the timely payment of invoices. Manage and reconcile debtor accounts, ensuring timely payments. Oversee cash float reconciliation and distribute funds to staff as needed. Ensure all cash floats are accurate and investigate & report discrepancies. Coordinate venue monthly compliance audits and follow up arising actions. Assist with the co-ordination of employee records and documentation. Assist with functions, gaming and F&B duties on an adhoc basis. Skills and experience: A minimum of 2 years working within a similar administrative role. Experience within the hospitality industry is desired. Experience with cash & debt management in a gaming environment is desired. A prior understanding of payroll procedures. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. The ability to multitask and work independently. Proficient in computer systems and office software (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Office Suite). Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) & Responsible Service of Gaming Certification (desired, not mandatory).
