Working alongside the team of sales executives you will establish and maintain a successful and high performing sales team. The key accountabilities in this role include: Working with the General Sales Manager to control the acquisition of all new vehicle stock while maintaining inventory levels Market and position our dealership as Brisbane's premier BMW dealership, through the delivery of exceptional customer service Leading and managing a team of sales executives by example to ensure sales targets are reached and exceeded regularly To ensure your success you will: Have a proven track record in sales as well as leadership within the automotive industry Have a great ability to build rapport and relationships with customers Have an in-depth understanding of the financial aspects of the business Have the ability to create forecasts and analyse sales trends Sime Darby reward a job well done.
