Apply Now DONT MISS OUT About the Role This is a client-facing role that combines creative design, technical estimation, and project coordination. You’ll be responsible for visiting client sites, understanding their needs, developing innovative kitchen concepts, and guiding them from initial brief through to installation. Key Responsibilities Conduct onsite consultations to understand client needs and take accurate measurements Create initial draft/line drawings and collaborate with our offshore design team to develop AutoCAD and 3D designs Present design concepts and pricing, working with clients to refine as needed Finalise quotations and assist in closing sales Facilitate colour selections and manage client relationships throughout the project Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth handover and timely installation Conduct post-installation quality checks and client follow-up About You Proven experience in kitchen design, construction, estimating, or interior design Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident working independently and managing multiple projects Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and design plans A customer-focused approach with a flair for creative problem-solving What We Offer A supportive, collaborative team environment A varied and autonomous role with client interaction Opportunity to see projects through from concept to completion Celebrate success with clients – including a personal follow-up and thank-you gift!
