Handling phone and email enquiries with warmth and professionalism Processing and managing customer orders with accuracy Updating customers on stock availability, order status, and delivery timelines Working closely with internal teams (sales, warehouse, production, accounts) to ensure smooth operations Supporting the sales team with admin tasks including account setup and compliance documentation The Candidate.
