The Role As a customer service consultant, you will work in a team of professionals at the business's corporate head office, and handle customer inquiries as well as administrative duties. This role requires individuals with experience in the banking and financial services sector, and previous client facing experience. You will work in a tight knit team of professionals which includes business development managers and other senior employees. Benefit from working alongside them and receiving training and support. The Duties Taking inbound calls from clients Placing outbound calls to clients Conducting welcome calls for new customers Responding to verbal and written requests (e.g., account inquiries, payout letters, statements, direct debit updates) Updating customer records and assisting in other operational areas as directed by the Manager About You Prior experience in customer service, demonstrating the ability to handle high call volumes effectively. A background in the banking or financial services space. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Switched-on and proactive, with great attention to detail. An aptitude for understanding complex concepts and absorbing information quickly.
