A day in the life Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, the Senior Administration Officer is responsible and accountable for the delivery of accounting, administrative and HR functions at the RACV property. Provide advice, support, and direction to Hotel Manager on financial issues to ensure the resort delivers optimum financial and operational results. Providing accounting and administrative support to the Finance/RACV Leisure/HOD Team. This includes process accounts payable and receivable, assist with daily takings, invoicing, record stock movements, reconcile accounts, and more. Overseeing Recruitment/HR processes on the property, such as onboarding, inductions & training records Provide property department managers with regular financial information to maintain financial performances in line with budgets. Develop strong stakeholder relationships within the business, supporting and prioritising their needs to ensure organisational goals are met. Oversee the property safety management systems, audits, and other compliance requirements. Oversee lease agreements, payments, and statements. This is a permanent full-time position predominantly Monday to Friday that sometimes requires the ability to work the occasional a weekend We’re offering… A highly competitive salary with company benefits package. We’re looking for… 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role desirable Exposure in the hospitality or tourism industry is advantageous. Prior financial management AP and AR experience is highly regarded. Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting. HR and safety management knowledge and experience Outstanding time management and organisational skills Strong written, analytical and communication skills High attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as in team. Ability to build rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships. Able to be a leader both in own department and across property.
